Job Summary:
We are always looking to connect with reliable, community-minded individuals who share our passion for tabletop gaming and exceptional customer service. Whether your strengths lie on the retail floor, in behind-the-scenes operations, or community engagement, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service to every visitor on the sales floor and through digital channels.
- Contribute to a welcoming, inclusive, and clean store environment for players, collectors, and shoppers of all experience levels.
- Support day-to-day retail operations, which may include stocking, merchandising, transaction processing, and maintaining store organization.
- Engage meaningfully with our community by sharing product knowledge and participating in store activities or events.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and adapt quickly to shifting store priorities.
- Perform general support duties and miscellaneous tasks as needed to keep the business running efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Genuine passion for Trading Card Games, with specific working knowledge of Magic: The Gathering and/or Pokémon preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills paired with clear, professional written and verbal communication.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all daily tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks effectively and adapt to a fast-paced, changing retail environment.
- Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as a contributing member of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and possessing a strong work ethic.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a community-driven environment is a plus.

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
